News & UpdatesIn the sixteenth camp of Vision 10000, Ratna Nidhi Charitable Trust in association with Essilor Vision Foundation & Titan Eye Plus organized a FREE Eye Camp to screen 180 students of Shivaji Shegde School. The camp was conducted on on the 1st of March 2019 at the school.
At the camp, requisite measurements of the students' eyes were taken by an optometrist fromTitan Eye Plus.
Fine quality lenses, provided by Essilor Vision Foundation, will be fitted into spectacles and the ready spectacles will be distributed for free to all the school students prescribed by the optometrist within 4 weeks of the screening camp.

In the fifteenth camp of Vision 10000, Ratna Nidhi Charitable Trust in association with Essilor Vision Foundation & Titan Eye Plus organized a FREE Eye Camp to screen 208 Students of Union High School. The camp was conducted on on the 20th of February 2019 at the school.
At the camp, requisite measurements of the students’ eyes were taken and their eyes were also screened for the detection of other eye ailments. This was done by doctors from the Lotus College of Optometry, Lotus Eye Hospital.
Fine quality lenses, provided by Essilor Vision Foundation, will be fitted into spectacles and the ready spectacles will be distributed for free to all the school students prescribed by the optometrist within 4 weeks of the screening camp.

In the fourteenth camp of Vision 10000, Ratna Nidhi Charitable Trust in association with Essilor Vision Foundation & Titan Eye Plus organized a FREE Eye Camp to screen 221 Students of MGM School. The camp was conducted on on the 15th of February 2019 at the school.
At the camp, requisite measurements of the students’ eyes were taken and their eyes were also screened for the detection of other eye ailments. This was done by doctors from the Lotus College of Optometry, Lotus Eye Hospital.

Ratna Nidhi has been on board as the official NGO partner for implementing projects in the area of Disability, Eyecare and Distribution of a variety of academic and other useful Books by the Government of Maharashtra, as part of the Mahaparivartan program.
Ratnanidhi signed a MOU with Govt of Maharashtra along with Essilor Vision Foundation of France to screen 1 million school children in rural Maharashtra for vision correction. We will be donating custom made Prescription Eye Glasses to 1.50 lac students of low income group.
We also have signed a MOU with the Maharashtra government to provide free mobility and prosthetics aids to physically disabled people and set up libraries in rural Maharashtra.
