We embarked upon our journey of feeding daily wage workers during COVID-19 on 29th March. Within three days with the help of DP’s Fast Food chain of restaurants with we set 4 kitchens at Matunga, Dadar, Chembur and Ghatkopar.
In the month of May we added our fifth kitchen in Malad. We also had 3 successful cloud kitchens in Mulund, Shivaji Park and Prabhadevi for couple of weeks. Over 40 plus kitchen staff and 35 volunteers relentlessly working day in day out braving Corona are cooking and distributing around 10000 thousand plus Free Khichdi daily . We are currently covering fourteen plus lower income group area slums are throughout Mumbai with 10,000.
