With the Support of Rotary Club of Bombay Bayview, 50 Jaipur Foots were distributed at our permanent center at King George Hospital, Mahalaxmi.
Through our food for education project about 3500 children have been attentive in school with a stomach full of healthy and nutritious food, freshly prepared and sent from Ratna Nidhi's kitchen. In total we have sent out over 67000 meals this month. In addition we have partnered with 3 new Ngo’s where we will be sending meals from the following month.
Over 5000 garments have been distributed to the beneficiaries across 4 NGOs.
245 children who have lost their parent in the innumerable brutal terror attacks of Mumbai continue to receive educational scholarship cheques. It is indeed so satisfactory to learn that this small step taken has transformed the lives of the families and has in some way helped them overcome the irrecoverable loss.
