Do you know someone from India who could benefit from a job and has a movement disability?
Are you someone that has a movement disability and live in India? Do you want a job?
If you want to earn enough money to support yourself, your family and invest in a good future:
According to the Census of 2011, there are 26.8 Million Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in India and 5,48,418 people suffer from orthopedic or movement disabilities in Maharashtra.

Even though, PWDs are a significant percentage of the population of India, they face considerable challenges when looking at educational development and in gaining meaningful employment. Hence our project is focused on giving FREE artificial mobility aids to people with Movement Disability in India and helping them gain employment.
We provide free Jaipur foot, calipers, crutches and prosthetic hands, thereby enabling the beneficiaries to walk and move independently. The physical and emotional rehabilitation of the beneficiary ensures that they become earning members of society and are self-reliant. We facilitate skill training for the beneficiaries in partnership with local training institutes.

Skill Training

This model enables us to rehabilitate our beneficiaries both physically and economically.
The beneficiaries are -
- Interviewed,
- Put through effective grooming classes,
- Computer training,
- English training,
- Resume building,
and then are assisted with job placements.
These trainings ensure that they have been trained as per industry standards and can be absorbed by different companies.
The skill training period takes anything between 3-6 months depending on how many trainings and classes a candidate needs. The learning pace of everyone is different, and we cater to individual needs to bring about the best outcome.
